Cupán Studio is run by Seb Aquilina, a sole trader, working remotely for coffee shops in Dublin. Email seb@cupanstudio.com. This information is provided under Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC (the e-Commerce Directive).

Cupán Studio is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. There is very little of it.

The contact form

When you use the form you give us your shop's name, a link to it, your email address and an optional note. We use them to build the site you asked for and to reply to you, on the basis of the request you made (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering it. The message is delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc., processing in its EU region under its Data Processing Addendum) to our mailbox on Google Workspace. We keep it as long as the conversation is live and for up to twelve months after, then delete it.

Sites built before you ask

We also build preview websites for Dublin coffee shops from public information about the shop (its Google listing, Instagram, reviews). That is business information about a shop, not personal data about you, except where a shop is run under a person's own name. Our legal basis is legitimate interest: showing you a finished site is the only way to demonstrate the service. If you'd like a preview taken down, email us and it comes down the same day, and we won't contact you again.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Like every web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details for a short time to deliver the pages and protect the site. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

None. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email seb@cupanstudio.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, www.dataprotection.ie.

This site is built to work with screen readers, keyboards and zoomed text (WCAG 2.1 AA). If anything gets in your way, email us and we'll fix it.
